We host quarterly ZOOM Roundtable Employment Law events – details for the next one are below:

Our next free HR Employment Law event with speaker Employment Partner, Catherine Wilson at Constantine Law is scheduled for 24th SEPT 2024 10:00-11:15 via ZOOM

Our last event focussed on the HR plans of the potential new government, and the impact on the workplace and Employment protection. Given that we are still awaiting proposals to the changes to the employment law, we are in the meantime, going to focus on a number of key developments which we will cover in our next event including:

  • Right to Switch off, possible sanctions and ACAS Code of Conduct;
  • Proposed Changes to Trade Union law and repeal of the Strikes  (Minimum  Service Levels ) Act 2023;
  • Update on Code of Practice on Fire and Rehire;
  • We will also have time to discuss any other issues and questions raised by colleagues as part of the event
