Are you able to drive the performance of HR systems, owning the HRIS and process improvement agenda to deliver solutions throughout the employee experience lifecycle? This is an immediate start for a rewarding FTC contract where you will be responsible for leadership for transactional and operational HR tasks as well as leading projects to streamline and improve efficiencies.



 



This HRIS and Process Manager role is a FTC until Jan 2026



This HRIS and Process Manager offers very flexible hybrid working, max 2 days in the office with some travel to other sites required



 



Some of the responsibilities of the HRIS and Process Manager  include:




  • Own and administer all HR systems, including HRIS, T&A, LMS, ATS and other related platforms.

  • To lead projects to streamline and improve efficiencies in the overall service delivery and compliance of the team’s activities.

  • Help develop and implement Benefits Strategy and Collaborate with stakeholders to continue to develop and execute a comprehensive benefits strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and Employee Value Proposition.

  • Benefit Scheme maintenance including aspects such as renewals, joiners, leavers, etc.

  • Manage the administration of the annual salary review and bonus review process alongside the HR Business Partners

  • Manage a team of one direct report, overseeing their performance, development, and alignment with organisational goals. 

  • To ensure integrity of data through effective management of maintenance of HR systems and Data cleansing and auditing, taking responsibility and ensuring accuracy of data.

  • To be the expert on all HR systems and manage queries and issues relating to the HR systems through to resolution.

  • To ensure all HR records are maintained & secure, complying with obligations under data protection legislation (GDPR)

  • Effective communication skills, including the ability to coach and develop others in HR systems usage.

  • To work with the systems providers and internal stakeholders to further develop and enhance system functionality in response to business requirements.



 



Skills required:




  • Passion for systems and data, with experience working with HR systems and data across the full employment lifecycle.

  • Previous experience in applying continuous improvement tools and techniques to deliver ongoing improvements to service and drive process efficiency.

  • Advanced expertise in Excel and MS Office
