Head of HR - Kent

We are currently working with our Kent based Client to recruit a Head of HR.

This role offers a very competitive salary, with one of the best pension schemes and holiday allowances in the market, a 35-hour working week, hybrid working and continued progression.

In-depth HR generalist experience gained from a large, complex and unionised environments
An individual well-versed in managing large strategic projects and change programmes, from conceptualisation, mapping out, working to critical timelines and through cultural change
In-depth technical skills gained in HR service delivery, matching HR practice to business needs
Successful  previous management experience of large teams in HR
Experienced in using complex data to present to key stakeholders to make informed decisions
