HR Advisor - Kent

Would you enjoy working across a varied portfolio of Clients from different sectors? Are you confident in providing strong advice on all people-related matters? If so, this HR Advisor position could be the role for you. You will help to deliver an efficient and effective HR Advisory service whilst championing the business vision and values.  

 

This HR Advisor role can be based from a Mid or West Kent office and worked on a hybrid basis.

 

As HR Advisor, you will:


Advise and support clients on employee relations issues, escalating cases to employment lawyers within agreed service levels
Assist, develop and maintain client policies and procedures and related documentation
Maintain a high level of client focus and professionalism 
Advise Clients on a variety of HR projects
Ensure systems are kept up to date e.g. capture client on-boarding progress and other project related work
Assist in the production of information and reports


 

With your background in HR Advisor work, ER casework and your CIPD qualification, you will find this opportunity challenging and varied as well as rewarding.
