Cressida Courtney FREC

Cressida has been recruiting since 2000 across HR and Senior Central Services roles . In 2016 she followed a sector she had always been passionate about and specialised within the HR space. She founded Sirius Search in 2020, specialising in HR recruitment, search and consultancy, to take full control over delivering an outstanding service and to put her own unique stamp on the recruitment offering within the HR sector.

As the Sirius Search team grows her personal focus will be in overall Client relationships, new business development and recruitment for Senior level Permanent, Interim and temporary roles, Search and consultancy work. She is ever more passionate for the HR sector and thrilled to partner and support businesses and individuals to grow through these challenging times. With integrity always at the core, she strives to make a difference on a daily basis, matching the best talent for Clients business objectives as well as coaching candidates to secure their full potential throughout their career journey. Understanding a Clients business strategy and culture is of utmost importance in HR to ensure best matches and this remains at the core of all of our work.
